Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Reservations:
Shasta Camp reservations require a $100 deposit for each day either The Pavilion or Buckner Lodge is reserved. The reservation of both the Pavilion and Buckner Lodge will require a $200 deposit for each day reserved.
The Reservation of both Buckner Lodge and the Pavilion is necessary for a group to have exclusive use of Shasta Camp.
Cancellations:
Cancellations are only refundable within one month of the date the reservation deposit was received. Events that must be cancelled due to a government mandate such as a Forest Service closure or public health restriction on assembly are also fully refundable.
A reservation is not secure without a deposit.
